ExMerg? From SBS2003 to 2003 Enteprise w/Ex2007
I am planning an upgrade from an old server running SBS2003 STD to a new server running 2003 Enterprise + Exchange 2007....will the ExMerg tool work to move mailboxes to a co-exist Exchange 2007, then retire SBS2003 STD after all objects, mailboxes, data stores, etc have been copied? It seems that there are more than one way to do this but each way stops at Enteprise Edition with no mention of Transition Pack compatibility for this specific upgrade path. Any assistance in direction to white paper or utilities would be appreciated.

PLEASE HELP - Is There Anyone Who Can Help?
I am concerned that the Transition Pack will be necessary to perform this task and my client refuses to purchase for an unproven platform. I am just trying to find a cost effective alternative to purchasing the transition pack when it is really not necessary. I was lead to believe that running the Exchange 2007 server in co-exist mode for a short period until it was a proven platform would not require a full transition pack deployment since licenses for Exchange 2003 on the SBS platform were present and accounted for. Once the new server deployment is proven in pilot testing then they would purchase the Exchange 2007 licenses and retire the SBS 2003 server.
Please, any help would be appreciated.
